	Migrations can be set up and afterwards implemented according to the investment budget. Our systems can be integrated on instrumentation level, or different solutions can be summarized - under a common roof. Of course our performances are always accompanied by the corresponding services, the spare parts and the instruction of the operating personnel. For customers running their systems on their own, we offer also the supply of spare parts, the instruction of maintenance staff, training sessions and instruction - over the entire lifecycle of the system.
	Migration example The ziscon gmbh worked out an overall retrofit for an existing, former AEG control system (GEAZENT 8000) to be executed step-by-step under uninterrupted operation conditions. The proposed new system components are adapted to the existing function and functionality. They correspond to the state of the art technology and - in accordance with that ziscon philosophy - change a closed system to an open system. This concerns the used hardware, as well as the software and the communications system. A special software tool helps to adapt the existing I/O parameters and the application software, as well as the hardware (SCADA, SCADA subsystems, PLCs / RTUs). The cabling - as one of the greatest investments - can stay. The conversion of the system can occur also from a 3-hierarchical system into a 2-hierarchical system. The new DDC-capable RTUs are programmed as independent controllers according to ISDN 11631. There are realisation concepts available on request.
